History behind Limber Creek. Formerly the old Clark farm, the development consists of a total of 122 acres with 87 acres in West Mead Township and 35 acres in Woodcock Township, and when completed, will consist of some 66 townhouses, 34 cottage homes and approximately 59 custom built homes. Fred and Barb Phillis are the developers of the Community. They formed the Leslie Land Company in 1996 and hired LaQuatra Bonci Associates for the landscape, architecture and land planning and Urban Design Associates to design the condominium units and cottage homes. Last but certainly not least, Scott Phillis is the project manager.
